Converse Global Inc (CVRG), will earn a fifty per cent interest in the O'Connor Asquith property by: paying Sarissa $25,000, and paying Sarissa $15,000 dollars annually for the next three (3) years, spending $120,000 in the next eighteen (18) months on exploration on the property, as well as paying Sarissa three million (3,000,000) Converge Global, Inc. common shares. Sarissa will be the operator of the property.
