actually that is not true,, ANY company with more than 10 million in asstes and more than 500 shareholders MUST file with the SEC regardless of where it trades, or even IF it trades.

the pinks is where any company can trade, regardless of their adherence to federal law. THERE ARE NO EXEMPLTIONS OF US FEDERAL LAW GIVEN TO PINK SHEET COMPANIES...

PINK SHEET CEOS LIKE TO SAY BECAUSE THEY ARE ON THE PINKS THEY ARE EXEMPT.. BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE.
