well over 10 billion shares have traded this year so either previous management sold way past the 1.4 authorized limit I doubt it ....
Looking what what someone posted they had over 200 million shares they had been flipping like crazy or something...
also think naked short selling happens a lot as well as mms cause panic and short sell in to a run and then people panic and think the company is dumping and the price goes down and the mm's cover


but then I think massive amount of Flipping is going on someone bought loads and loads at .0002.0003 when it goes up they sell a massive amount at the ask then use the rest to dump on the bid to try and drive the price down......
