Not yet, wait for the big blocks to go through today. And if there is not some real meat in the conference call tonight, look for a big sell off tomorrow.
The more this plays out, the more it looks like the typical pinky scam.....someone is unloading millions of shares a day for the past weeks.....I wonder who the only entity would be? Especially when a buy out is rumored and the price is peanuts compared to possible settlement.
I guess the ONLY reason that would be the case is if it were the company and they knew they "were going to refuse the buyout because we believe it still undervalues our business and our stockholder value"......blah, blah, blah
