No, they do not....not when they are holding guns on the captain, and now that you brought it up as Somali is a stateless land I doubt seriously if the present gun toting thugs in power have ever endorsed the Geneva Convention, but before I cry my eyes out over a bunch of gun toting thugs that had a kidnapping and robbery go bad...I will worry more about their victims...as for torture...They got their brains blown out while holding a gun on their kidnapped victim...screw them
