Stores are floundering and his shell is dirty...spells the end of this dude finally in my opinion. Shareholders were treated like shit in the end we stopped buying his worthless stock and pulled the carpet out from under him and the preferreds. Let Slick Tommy cough up the next few million more he needs and then some from his own pockets...not ours through his abusive non-shareholder friendly CD's.
