The reality is that we just got a PR showing BSTI having a fiscal 2001 year of $1.5 mil in revenues and it now has $20mil equity investment? Wahoo...

Wmgsmith, Id assume that it will be in the form of a joint venture or partnership due to the amount of money infused. It cannot be more dilution since there isnt enough stock or enough current value to cover an equity position of that size. If you are asking if this is good news for the shareholders...I say unequivocally YES!
