copleybmt.... There is no 'official' O/S at this time because of the pending registration of around 30 million shares (awaiting SEC approval) for the MSRM and GRC conversions + private placements. See filings.

The web site has the most recent 'published' share count.

I haven't put totals in the Ibox as it would be misleading until the registration is 'official'.

The O/S (after registration approval) will be 'around' 80 million.
