SPSN - very hard to say as new investors don't know what to think about the chpt 11.....

as for me, if it dips to fill the gap i'll take my chances and ave down here...

i think there's a whole lot more to come from a company with over 400million in sales and patented tech.....which can be seen as strong based on the "first" settlement, keep in mind there were several others named in that suit...."?" possibly more cash and fantastic buyout canidate...best i've seen in years....

that said, worth a gamble to me....but i am more of a risk taker and can hold w/o fear on drops...

those that sell at certain %, could no doubt lose here imo.
