Not all of ebof is merging in here....rumor and only a rumor is a spinoff of government stimulus division out of ebof into another shell. The same CEO for APDR and EBOF, APDR just filed a 15-12g which is used quite often for shells as a pre-merger prep document that is filed....that's why many of us believe this is the shell they'll use for the spinoff....
