How does their income compare with the average collage graduate? Is success measured by a certificate on the wall or what you were able to accomplish?

Assuming that collage is a path to increased earning power and is the ultimate goal, then these people broke that mold. In that regard, they have achieved the American dream.

I am going to guess that these guys like their jobs and are getting well paid for doing what they enjoy, on the basis that they could retire at any time.

While we can find fault for them not having completed collage, aparently they completed enough to forge their own path. The American dream in action.
