Further to the news announcement of Feb. 25 where, amongst other things, the company announced that it has retained the services of a corporate consultant for the purpose of assisting in identifying suitable private companies to be acquired. A short list of candidate companies from Europe and the Middle East was put forward for consideration to the company managers and the board. The company is currently in the process of evaluating these candidates, completing due diligence and should be in a position to proceed to the next logical step. One candidate of major interest owns utility special purpose software. That company has assets in the 2-3 million Euro range with revenues of similar amounts.
