ABOUT THOMAS C. O'DELL




Thomas C. O' Dell has many years of petroleum industry experience, concentrated at the senior executive level as the former President of CONOCO Overseas Oil Company and Chairman of Du Pont Services, B.V., the corporation's international exploration project financing affiliate.




Mr. O'Dell holds a Business Finance Degree from Texas Christian University, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Bates College of Law, University of Houston, and a Masters in Industrial Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was a Sloan Fellow. He also is a graduate of the International Executive Program jointly sponsored by the Columbia Graduate School of Business and ESSEC in Paris, France.




Upon retirement from CONOCO, Mr. O'Dell formed Carlton Energy Group, LLC.

and the Carlton Energy Group of Companies to pursue energy sector investments worldwide. Mr. O'Dell is Chairman and Managing Director of Carlton Energy Group, LLC. and Carlton Venture Partners, LLC., a merchant banking enterprise specializing in high tech and energy-related investments.
