You know I respect you. How does the public benefit when a shorter can issue as many bogus shares as he wants in any company, completely in secret, without registering a single one of them, and can hammer the bid into oblivion with no restrictions?

All they are asking for is the right to counterfeit as many shares as they want and have no restrictions on their sale.
