Thanks for the detailed response Tinker. It sounds as if there is legitimate potential for ITMN-191 to improve upon telaprevir. I would think that would be critical, since it is a bit behind telaprevir in the clinic.
I had just wondered if ITMN-191 was in kind of a no-man's land in not being first-in-class but also potentially not being at least a better-in-class compound either.
