No one seems to know the answer to that since it has been asked several times without any solid responses. We are in an unusual situation to be sure.

First off, I don't think we will get 50 cents per share if that is the announced sell price. It will likely be half of that since there are an unknown number of preferred shares that will need to be bought with the final price. Feel free to chime in with more info if anyone knows how this works.

Second, upon such an announcement, I believe all trading will halt and no one will be able to get into this market or out of it. The price will be set in stone and anyone who owns shares at that moment, will simply get whatever is being offered whether that is a certain price per share, or shares in a new company, or ??? None of us knows that answer but there is no shortage of opinions as you can see from this board.
