i got bought in for a nominal loss on settlement

Wouldn't a call-in on any borrow be inevitable in this family propped 100% scam?

As the family props, someone must also sell at $12 to create the uptick. So - if any outsider did find a borrow from one of the family member stock owners, shorting at $11 for example - presto - that family prop member that loaned the stock would become the next in line seller effecting a call-in trap on any outsider short?
