i just make the calls
i'm not a company insider
but because i do make the
calls and ask the questions
i do get some answers and
imo .. aero will both 8k and
pr .. when they are ready to

bottom line ~ we'll get two
things out by may ~ a q filed
and an update if the acq isn't
finalized by 5/31/09

obviously .. i would expect info
sooner ~ since imo they will not
miss muffler season ~ as a combined
entity .. but we'll only know when
when they file ~

the most important thing to me
is clarity .. phone calls and questions
go a long way where that is concerned
re: aero .. and jones

i do keep requesting .. an *update*
from both aero's current *ir* and
utah directly ~ i've never been shy
about letting management know when
things can be improved ~ i just have
a different time frame than most <imo>

and yep .. i too get cranky .. lol :)

my feeling is when we get info ~ it's
going to be like what happened in jan

that was
a series of pr's and an 8k .. this time
around i expect a sequence of 8k's and
some pr's ~

and imo .. management is more market savvy
<read aware of NSS> than they were when
they came public

regardless of what one feels .. on NSS ~
i'll reiterate my mantra .. i would hope
if one has concerns .. one waits for clarity
