Yes Larry I know about the Lees being a popular name in Asia I have spent a lot of hours trying to pin point our Lees. I have found several Lees that are working for Dow. I also found some Kwan Kim and Chong Lees that are involved in the US with environmental science. I also found Chong Lees related to the Korean President. In the end I hope to at least find the right one. Btw, I used .35 as a conservative number I really think the buyout could be between .25 and .50 but I am not a financial expert. I know that an offer for $500 million it will bring us to .50, I don't think Jared will sell the company for $250 million.
