1.The SEC has never found Naked Shorting specific to Aero, therefore there's nothing being done.
2.When the SEC gets to looking at Aero's books, and all the nonmatching information, I bet more gets done than the "theory" about NSS here.
3.Hunsaker's got his own legal issues to deal with a week from Monday. I'm guessing THAT is on the frontburner now.
4.Still no IB firm, so no bucks.
5.Still a gagged TA, so no proof of what the O/S is.
6.Still lawsuit open for Doolittle. No settlement? PROBABLY.
7.NASCAR could spell the end.
8.Richards Performance Products...nuff said.
9.Three consecutive declining quarters. Could it be 4? If it is, that's REAL SAD.
10.Just 7 weeks until the extension is available till August.
Is it June yet? LOL
