the feds prove that he was not naked shorted when they can't even admit that naked shorting actually exists!

Sure he was naked shorted and all his clients were left holding the bag of fake shares!

It called "AIR SHARES" and the largest catch of Naked Shorting ever in history!

It also is clear that the First Amendment does not protect defamatory speech. “It is well understood that the right of free speech is not absolute at all times and under all circumstances.
