.35--June--yes--07/09--Kwan Kim and Chong Lee of I.S.I.
This is why I say that.
Not Esi if they wanted Eeso it wouldn't be a buyout but a merger between the two. Besides if there is ever going to be a buyout it will be Eeso buying Esi since we have more funds.
Not Dow they already clean lakes and ponds with chemicals. They would only buy Eeso if the Government makes it illegal to use chemicals, also they already have enough retail products. If they buy eeso out is not because of the profits but to eliminate the competition.
Yes , the Lees in association with Kwan Kim, Chong Lee from I.S.I. and funds from the Korean Government. Why I believe that. The Korean Government owns a lot of private companies. Google it. The Korean Gov. passes the law and the Lee's supply the products. The Lee's and Korean President have the same last name they could be relatives.
The Lees just like Jared, Matt, Craig read the board. Why would the Lee's care what we the investors think. Kwan Kim and Chong Lee have been doing business with Jared for 6 years. In the March PR Kwan Kim visited Fort Wayne to see the pig poo tests. In November Kwan Kim placed a $ 7,000,000 order. Kwan Kim and Chong Lee are the biggest hog products distributors in Korea and also have an office in Toronto, Canada. The Asian are now eating more pork than ever since the discovery of the Avian Flu. 10% of the pig population die due to sickness caused by bacteria. This is where we come in a revolutionary product that will produce healthy pigs and the Korean Gov. will pay 50% of every dollar spent.

Hochstedler's statement hit home for EESO's potential customers as they participated in the effects of the new product. Mr. Kwan Kim, a prospective buyer from South Korea who offered a Letter of Intent for a large order of purchase directly after the event states: "There are (hundreds of) gases that are released from manure storage systems... hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, carbon monoxide and methane... Because of this and the various fluctuations in the concentrations of these elements, the task of quantifying odor has become a very difficult issue in my country. What I have witnessed today is a promising, environmentally friendly solution to this problem that could literally save certain economies that are in any way dependent on livestock
From the PR November 20, 2008
One such economy is that of South Korea, where EESO's IP has gotten significant attention. Attendee, Kwan Kim, was very impressed and issued verbal intent immediately upon close of the demo. Mr. Kim is Chief Consultant for a distributor of products to hog farming industries worldwide, primarily in South Korea with headquarters based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Kim comments, "When I saw this technology, I knew it could be of major importance to the South Korean economy in terms of its ability to maintain, if not grow, its pork production, as odor has been a leading cause for concern among Ministry of Finance and pig and hog farms." Kim then returned to Toronto to discuss this with his company's President, Mr. Chong Lee, who initiated contact with EESO and its principal, Jared Hochstedler toward a mutually agreeable, long-term order contract
Enzyme Environmental Solutions' CEO and President Jared Hochstedler confirms that negotiations have reached a mutually agreeable contract with an order from Lee's company for private label of the Odor Remediation formula technology in addition to 15-17 4,950 gallon containers of enzyme-based environmental and agricultural products over the next year with an option on Lee's side for 4 more years at minimum 30 containers per year. "This first year order alone totals well over $7 million dollars for us and if Lee's distribution continues to deliver a satisfactory product to its recipients, as we believe it will, this deal alone will garner, conservatively, around 40 million dollars over the next five years for EESO. We're very proud to have made this connection with Mr. Lee and his company and look forward to exceeding his expectations in every way. Mr. Lee, in support of our company and its mission statement has released his contact info as (416) 709-6170 for press and other relevant media inquiries regarding our new relationship."
