BKX looks like 30 resistance even distribution.

IBM AAPL RIMM stock price up sharply which is where rally stems from.

The trouble was,is and for as far as one can see will be banks.

Suspension of mark to market just doesn't change the fact that their toxic assets are suspect and valuation of them is still problematic.
