The Regular Meeting of the Crystal City City Council meeting of March 24, 2009 has been rescheduled for April 21, 2009. This action was for preparation of necessary financial statements.

How are they coming up with adequate fin. statements by April 20th for their April 21st meeting...that is in 21 days from this last press release, less than 3 weeks!!! How are they paying for those fin. statements? More dilution of shares?
Even if they do magically produce financial statements they are likely to be unaudited and they will likely look atrocious...at least everyone will see how much they have listed in deferred salaries; I am willing to bet they will still keep shares outstanding a mystery unless forced otherwise.
Who here believes they will get these financial statements prepared by April 20th, in time for their meeting? Who here thinks these financial statements will allow them to qualify for any economic green-zone funding? Who here thinks a decision will be made on Ecoloclean on April 21st whether they get funding? I believe nothing will happen and this will be shelved indefinitely at best.
