The website for the S.E.C. is enforcement@sec.gov.
If everyone were to e-mail them and inform them that NITE is using their M.M. postion to leverage their own gains while controlling the free trade of the rest of us. I believe that even if the S.E.C. didn't prosecute, that NITE would be forced to post the BID/ASK, at least while the lights were on them. Cockroach's do that!!!!!!!
