TYPICAL!...and for the most part, LEGAL!
I don't see the SEC doing anything about
it, do you?

The term used was "The SEC works at it's own pace and time frame"

Key words used "for the most part"!

It's the not so most part (Naked Shorting) that the SEC is looking at, NOT SO LEGAL!

It also is clear that the First Amendment does not protect defamatory speech. “It is well understood that the right of free speech is not absolute at all times and under all circumstances.
