It would cost no more than 45-80k from a CPA to get caught up and current. then 8-15k a quarter going forward. Good investment. The loans that came due on 3/31/09 the loan was given/lent by the Shapirro family trust of which one of the Directors is the Trustee, I would think he would like the PPS to be raised? This year in ACTC is something big. No way we see dillution IMO from this loan/to/shares. Advanced Cell Tech is going to secure the RPE FDA Human Clincals go ahead this year coupled with a recession that is said to end in the 1st Qtr{keep in mind all securitys have in the past rebounded six months prior to the "so Called" end of a recession.

Things really look great for this year. Granted I am NOT happy that my investment symbol has a Skull and Cross bones symbol? But Heah Maybe If I dress Like i Pirate I will NOT be so darn mad? EEEEEEEYE Matee?

Things are lookin up IMO.
