I agree, the MM's are doing whatever they feel like, but theres a goal in heres somewhere, the surplus for the MM's are now 1.86 billion shares, just about 25% of the O/S, most bought by ARCA. January and February's volume from ARCA is 568,813,849, March numbers still not updated yet.
