Whether or not others are involved I don't know but it is obvious who one of the promoters is...CeoCast. They get paid to promote ACTC, period. While everyone has their opinions on the subject I wholeheartedly agree with pink sheets decision. Why should you be able to pay a promoter to attract public investors when the Company itself provides no transparency for a year via SEC filings? IR says they are waiting to change capital structure...I'm not buyin' that.
