Contacted pinksheets.com and sent email to info@pinkotc.com

"Why is ACTC tiered as “Caveat Emptor”? Seems worst case could be “Pink Sheets Limited Info”. This erroneous classification hurts the public (e.g., investors) as well as the company. Please upgrade the tier."

Maybe we need to deluge them with complaints against pinksheets.com??
