Several have asked about the ACTC patent. Contrary to what other boards may be saying, ACTC does not have a patent for this process/technique. They have 2 patent applications currently in progress. From the info I have gathered it would be safe to say the process is not going the way ACTC would hope. I will post the info I have on each application shortly.
