I dunno! Not trying to raise a brow here...I just heard that line today and thought it might have had something to do with the Proof of Claims deal...but I heard them say it was a big deal...a "benchmark"...involved the FDIC and then I heard nothing further...

Don't hold me to it...just got a little excited when Iheard it..we'll see I guess...
