I don't like this talk about retention bonuses and delaying of annual reports. One almost wonders if there is a buyout on the cheap option in play here? Say 35 cents a share? I guess the final clinker would be repricing of management options. Looking at today's close, Iggs might be happy--or might be brokering said deal-- buyout at 50 cents a share, but I would not be happy.
