(EDITED) Woe!!..WOE!!!...hold the horses!!! Did you say "Bruce Sinclair?!" If this is the same Bruce I know of, he used to be President of Dell Europe back in the day...until approx. 10 years ago when he left.

He initiated Dell's business model overseas and was responsible for developing major revenue in a very short time period.
