It doesn't matter. What EarnestDD said is 100% true...
A lawyer will never badmouth his own client, and NO LAWYER WILL DISCUSS CONFIDENTIAL CASE INFO OVER THE PHONE TO ANYONE.
There is no guarantee the person on the other line doesn't work for the opposition's lawyer. So it doesn't matter who has a secretary, who doesn't, who's sleeping with the other's secretary for that matter.
You couldn't find anything out, no matter how much you want to make the board believe you did.
It isn't legal, it isn't ethical. And you yourself claimed that Hunsaker's "character" was pristine. LMAO!
