Start with a quick review of the growth rate of cameras in phones. http://www3.gartner.com/5_about/press_releases/pr11june2003a.jsp It's not just that as a percentage of all phones sold, cameraphones are growing at a viral rate, it's that each year the resolution (megapixels) of the cameras goes up by a similarly rapid rate, and thus the memory requirements.
Hence ... T-Flash. Viral growth ahead in the demand for storage on mobile phones. There are more phones sold than PCs now. And now with these new uses there is enormous growth as far as the horizon.
