I have a travel trailor in my driveway too, which I've been meaning to buy some solar cells for and turn into my earthquake off the grid kit. It wouldn't take many solar cells to power a DC refrigerator and some DC bulbs for light.
Living in Southern California, it should be easy to convert it.
