I happen to agree based on the PR put out by the company on the 13th. I loveit ISEG finally on the bid, maybe we will get to run back up going into the close even with all the profit taking on the way up. I noticed earlier when FLOW had showed up buying at .24 and higher we moved to .26 fairly fast. They are usually institutional or a very large buyer.
