TEVA NVS MNTA: What do you think will happen first: FoB legislation, FDA decision [on Copaxone], or court ruling on Copaxone?

I think FoB legislation will probably be soonest; however, as mentioned in my prior post, I don’t think FDA action on NVS’ Copaxone ANDA requires FoB legislation.
