In my opinion he has little choice but to recognize that group if he wishes to maximize not only their Brand, but the powerful entities that stand behind the consortium that "NeoMedia' had the wherewithall to build.

And how much will take place behind the scenes as well as in the informal 1.5 hour meetup afterward.

Yes, .02 is an immensely undervalued price for this stock IMO.
