But how to profit from "Shell"? There are some boards here that dedicate to Shell Stocks and Reverse Mergers, but I do not understand what the ideas are behind...

maybe a physical company aquires the shell and the original shareholders of the shell will receive some shares of the new company and then profit as the result?
