I'd highlight the sentence: "...because it would be premature and inappropriate to do so at this time." They have plenty of time until Feb, 2011 when the 30-month stay expires or perhaps until the FoB legislation is passes.
No way the FDA will treat generic Copaxone other than a biologic drug.
