I would laugh and cry at the same time, but at least I got out with a two bagger. Now I'll wait until AFTER the RS and let the price settle before getting back in.

If (as you suggest) the RS was just a ploy, then it can do as much harm as good. Mainly because there are many investors like me who have experienced them before. At the first hint of RS, we hit the 'sell' as quick as we can.
