...and admired the fact that you don't appear to be a "blind pumper"...

...you stand up to other longs when you feel they're misleading others, etc...

...so why would you post "My Understanding is that the DEAL will be finalized within 90 days." without any point of reference as to where your "understanding" comes from?...

...if it's from your opinion or hope, state so...otherwise let us in on your source...
