LOL no they didn't, EESO put it out, it mentions Dow so lots of sites have it under Dow news as well.

Later if you wish I'll show you the news that we put out for our TGL site and the IHUB board, we mentioned Microsoft, Ballard and others and came up under their news for weeks...LOL
