Bottom line is this company just lost a ton of money, and if the real estate market does not bottom out soon, they could lose even more. I am a realtor in NYC. Well over 95% of the clients walking through my door are looking for rentals. Not too good for sales. Still hoping for a turn around, just hasn't happened yet. So citi is a gamble. Maybe a high paying gamble, maybe a total loss too. Got in at 1.50 and sold at 2.50 recently. Hope to get back in at 1.00 next time. Won't spend a dime more.
