I have begun the laborious process of closing my WAMU account after years of being a customer. With the gutting of the Seattle WAMU HQ and the way they took over long sought WAMU, JP Morgan has Chased me out of there. I Suggest we all close our accounts and move over to local banks and credit unions. Our money should not be going to support yet another out of state company.

The regulators failed us all by allowing these banks to grow too big in the 1990's. It is time these banks get cut up into smaller entities so that they cannot cause our entire economy to collapse again due to their bad decisions that were wholeheartedly supported by the US Congress and the bank regulators.
