Hey Fox, actually, I'd prefer it stay up, it's evidence for the SEC...

Here's the situation as we found out today. This version of the 8K was a draft. Swift and Burg exchanged emails about it, asked if they should show it to the attorney before releasing it (you think?). It was sent to Ireti, who had the bright idea to release it to a relatively long email list with a single sentence:

"Folks check this out. The struggle continues. No one can stop Nicosan. Because some people are no longer involved with it for selfish reasons they want to pull it down. They will fail."

I think that's a classic line coming from Ireti... I might have that mounted and put on my desk.
