The heavy lifting will be done by the Flotec division of Deep Down with contributions from the other three divisions.

I think Flotec is the one division capable of producing tens of millions of dollars in orders, and higher margins, hence, increased net income.

Once the ground thaws in Maine they can get to building the area that will allow them to increase production.

The one-time expenses have been accounted for and, regarding the BK write-off, I trust that management is now selling only to strong companies and is watching closely the items on the accounts receiveable sheet.
