We also found out the that email that was sent out with this fake 8K came from Ireti and it supposedly went to quite a long list of people. Hopefully I'll get my hands on that list so I can send a response to those that received it.

I've also filed a complaint with the SEC regarding our buddy VoiceOfReason's post of the 8K since it's not an official 8K. I'm sure they'll be interested in finding out more about who posted it and where it ultimately came from (yes, I provided some ideas on that as well).
